On my repository I have a README.TXT in Windows/DOS line encodings. Codeberg shows a big fat warning about invisible unicode characters. See my repository: https://codeberg.org/boeckmann/asm6502
This indicates "something bad" while at least for the CR character this is harmless. Therefore I think it should not trigger such a warning.
