Just wanted to say that I really like the simplicity of the interface, and I love (LOVE!) the WYSIWYG editor.

Great work !

Hey, thanks so much! I'm really glad you're liking it! It's a pretty barebones editor, but I've been pretty happy with how it works!

How are you using Feather Wiki? I'm always curious what people are doing with it. :)

G'day g'day,

I can't say I'm a user yet. I'm kicking the tires, evaluating the daylights out of it.

Let me tell you what I really love about Feather Wiki.

I have a couple of cognitive disorders going on. The short of it: I find absolutely everything interesting, and absolutely everything is intertwingled. I've got sensory overload and cognitive overload going all of the time. Attention-regulation is a big problem.

TiddlyWiki is an immense help. Nothing else I've seen touches it for one reason: transclusion.

However, I cannot stand markup or wikitext.

Although willing to put up with wikitext for the benefit of transclusion, there are times when I don't need transclusion. I need to write something, maybe at most have links to other things.

A huge help organizing thoughts: text format in WYSIWYG to create visual cues/anchors without the distractions of markup/wikitext. As a type and format, the very thing I'm looking at matches what is in my head. From that perspective, Feather Wiki (in particular Finch), seems like it could be a primary tool for quick note-taking, distraction-free writing, and a placeholder for things that need some serious intertwingularity mapping in TiddlyWiki later.

Oops, wordy am I. Cheers !
